We know how many vendors couples have to contact when planning a destination wedding. We make this part as simple as possible.

We schedule a Zoom call.
Luis will reach out personally — by email and by WhatsApp if you included your number. Not an automated response. A real reply from the person who will be at your wedding.
Step 02
Within 24 hours.
If we look like a good fit, we will schedule a free 30-minute Zoom consultation. No pressure, no decisions required. Just a real conversation about your day — your venue, your vision, and what matters most to you.
Step 03
We build your timeline together.
On the call, we start building your timeline around the best light at your venue. By the end of the conversation, you will have a clear picture of how your wedding day is going to flow — and whether we are the right team for it.
A few things worth knowing before you reach out.
a maximum of six weddings per month.
Peak season dates between October and April fill quickly — especially in Cancún and Riviera Maya. If you have a specific date in mind, reach out now and we will tell you right away if it is still available.
We work across Mexico.
Our home base is Cancún and Riviera Maya, but we document weddings throughout Mexico — including Cabo, Puerto Vallarta, Punta Mita, Valle de Guadalupe, and San Miguel de Allende. Tell us your destination and we will take care of the rest.
